Step One: Open the 2018 LGS Fillable Application (If a “fillable” PDF does not open, please click “open with different viewer” in the top right corner. Then choose “open with” Adobe Acrobat Reader.)
Step Two: “Save as” the fillable application to ensure you don’t lose your information.
Step Three: Complete the fillable application form.
Step Four: “Save” your “fillable” application and email it to LGS Program Director, Robin Macaluso at firstname.lastname@example.org. (Make sure you attach the application to your email.)
ALL APPLICATIONS for the Class of 2018 ARE DUE BY 5 P.M. on September 11, 2017. The $30 Application fee is waived if your application is received by August 14, 2017.
All applications will be screened by the Leadership Greater Syracuse selection committee, consisting of CNY community leaders and LGS alumni. If accepted, tuition of $3,750 is due January 31, 2018. We offer a $200 discount if tuition is paid by December 31, 2017.
BE SURE YOUR COMPLETED APPLICATION INCLUDES:
- ALL required signatures (candidate signature, employer signature, and financial signature).
- Application fee in the amount of $30.00; checks should be made payable to Leadership Greater Syracuse. Or, you may call 315-422-5471 with a MasterCard/Visa/Discover credit card. LGS does not accept American Express. NOTE: Fee is waived if the application is received or postmarked by August 14, 2017.
- Tuition Assistance Request Letter, if needed. Include your letter of request for tuition assistance with your application to the address below or email it to email@example.com. Limited tuition assistance is available.
