Leadership Greater Syracuse (LGS) is Central New York’s premier nonprofit for cultivating leaders who care deeply about our region. Since 1990, LGS has equipped 1,600 diverse individuals with the skills, knowledge, and connections to affect change in their workplaces, homes, and community.
