Leadership Greater Syracuse News & Events

Leadership Greater Syracuse is a nonprofit organization founded in 1990 to inspire current and future leaders to make a difference in the community where we live and work. Our programs help participants grow their leadership skills and deepen their connection to Central New York.

We offer several programs dedicated to leadership development in Central New York, including the year-long Flagship Program, the CNY Political Leadership Institute, the Local Leadership Initiative, and Nourishing Tomorrow’s Leaders.
