Interested in Serving People Who Need Individualized Services for Learning?
LAUNCH is a nonprofit organization that provides individualized services for children and adults with learning disabilities, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, low literacy and Intellectual/Development Disabilities. LAUNCH fosters learning, independence and growth at school, work and in the community.
Launch is looking for board members from all perspectives, but is particularly interested in those with event planning, grant writing, social media, information technology, education, DEI experience; welcoming those who have a family member with a disability.
The board meets 10 times a year and they require that board members participate on a committee of choice. Committees can meet up to 10 times a year. Board terms are two years.
One hundred percent (100%) participation is required in an annual board fund raising campaign (no specific dollar level).
