Onondaga County Seeks Emergency Medical Services Advisory Board Member

The Onondaga County Emergency Medical Services (EMS) advisory board serves in an advisory role to the Onondaga County Executive regarding issues facing EMS agencies, providers and the system.

Advisory board members serve a three-year term with an option to be reappointed for an additional three-year term. Individuals cannot serve more than two terms in succession.

The advisory board meets a minimum of six meetings a year for 1-1.5 hours. Meetings are typically held in the morning on a weekday. There is no financial obligation to serve on this advisory board.

The ideal candidate would have no EMS experience, rather experience in other areas including media relations, project management, finance and/or data analytics.
