As a 501(c)3 non-profit organization, Leadership Greater Syracuse relies on volunteers, corporate sponsors and grants to assist with overall operating costs of the operation. LGS strives to find the balance between a reasonable tuition rate for the year-long experience and the amount of money it needs to fund raise to continue its operations.
