St. Camillus Seeks Board Members
St. Camillus provides skilled nursing, rehabilitation, home care and transportation services. It is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to caring for life through a broad range of health care services. If this mission aligns with your interests, St. Camillus is looking for a dedicated, passionate community leader who is interested in making a difference through board service.
The purpose of the board is to support the organization toward a sustainable future by adopting sound, ethical and legal governance and financial management policies, assisting the organization advance its mission.
There are five board meetings per year (March, April, June, September and December). They are typically held on Wednesdays from 5:30-7 p.m. Involvement in committees is required and those committees meet anywhere from two-six times a year for approximately an hour.
There is no specific financial obligation, but board members are asked to participate in the organization’s fund development programs.
